Overview

As part of the design team for LA+ Journal’s Fall 2022 issue, SPECULATION, I contributed to the visual articulation of a complex and thought-provoking editorial vision. This issue brought together multidisciplinary perspectives to examine speculation as a world-shaping force—whether as ideology, method, or practice. My role involved shaping the visual identity of the issue through careful integration of image, typography, and layout, helping to translate abstract theoretical themes into accessible, resonant visual experiences. Through this work, I supported the journal’s mission of fostering deep critical reflection on contemporary and historical forms of design and inquiry.
